My three program types will fit a vast variety of needs:

Corrective Exercise

An alignment and movements screen in addition to a strength analysis.  The assessment will dictate the approach on how to best support your body.

Stretching, and muscle attachment therapy, to help relieve tension and restore communication between the brain/nervous system and the body.

Take- home exercise to help restore alignment, relieve pain, and progress toward your goal.

A progress plan for the next follow-up.

Intake and assessment of physical needs and the desired outcome.

Goal setting based on where, how often, and what limitations to take into consideration for training.

You will receive your custom program prior to the start of the session.  You will need to be prepared to take notes.

Our virtual session will take about an hour.  You can participate in your own space as well.
