About Katie

I have been passionate about health and wellness since I was a child. I am so grateful to all my mentors and teachers for the experiences that have allowed me to learn, grow, and help others.

Katie’s Credentials/Background:

  • B.S Kinesiology, Exercise Science UWEC 2003
  • Internationally Certified Personal Trainer, PICP2
  • Corrective Exercise Specialist, NASM-CES
  • Licensed by the Pastoral Medical Association (PMA)

Field Experience:

  • 16+ Years Personal Trainer (since 2003)
  • 16+ Years Nutrition Coach (since 2003)
  • 10+ Years Corrective Exercise Specialist (since 2009)
  • 10+ Years Figure Skating Coach (1999-2010)

Traci Kotula

Katie has a vast amount of knowledge. When I feel a part of my body is off, she will adjust my workout to correct the issue. When I had my hip replaced at 52, there was not a lot of information on rehab for my age, but Katie ensured my rehab and workouts were consistent. Katie is someone you can trust to provide the training you need.

She first sought to understand my goals, what I was willing to do (or not do), and also learned and gathered data on MY body (and history) that allowed her to put together a custom nutrition plan that went beyond just the 12 day program.
